LIST OF TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead in managing banking and accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing company\'s accounts payable and receivable including accounting documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage month and end-year process \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage general ledger, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis and debt activity \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and complete annual audits \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide recommendations \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or any other related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess Class \xe2\x80\x9cD\xe2\x80\x9d or class \xe2\x80\x9cB license. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven working experience in similar capacity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manipulate large amounts of data \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 High attention to detail and accuracy \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to direct and supervise \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently.
