We offer a permanent role for this position and you will be responsible for all activities managing and processing of Account Payable work related. We are looking for someone who has Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounts, Finance, Business Studies/Administration/Management Economic or equivalent. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 1 year of experience in related job (AP) and Product Costing are highly recommended. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply. Knowledge in SAP is preferable. Knowledge in Account Payable processes. Systematic in filing Organized, Systematic with excellent attention to detail and good at problem solving. Here is a glimpse of what you will do Perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions Verifying invoices / supporting documents for appropriate documentation prior to payment Perform monthly Product Costing activity and analysis. Verifying discrepancies by reconciling vendor ledger and vendor statement. General ledger transactions including classifying , journal posting, data uploading and etc. Compliance issues in Account Payable processes (Sales Tax, Service Tax, Withholding Tax and etc.) Any ad hoc duties and reports as assigned by the Superior.
