Available Roles & Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Executive & Income Auditor

Manage hotel credit and receivable collection to minimize bad debts. Process credit applications, review client creditworthiness, and ensure timely billing. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit aging. Conduct income audits on hotel departments ensuring revenue accuracy and compliance. Review and reconcile daily revenues, complimentary/house-use rooms, and credit card transactions. Investigate discrepancies, prepare audit reports, and ensure compliance with policies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accountancy. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hotel industry. Proficiency with hotel finance systems (Material Control, Sunsystem, Oracle, Microsoft Office). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills in English (additional language is a plus). Commitment to teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
