Responsibility

Daily account operation including prepare online payment, payment vouchers, enter supplier's invoices in the system and update bank book Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring payments are made on time and in accordance with contractual terms. Maintain and update vendor accounts, handle vendor inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to payments. Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure all documents are in order Ensure adherence to budgetary controls and assist in monitoring and controlling outlet expenditures. Prepare expenses report or analysis to identify discrepancy and opportunity of cost saving Monitor and forecast outlet expenses Responsible for intercompany transaction billing for utility, management, and accounting fee

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA will be advantageous. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the retail industry, with at least 3 years of experience in full set accounts and subsidiary company management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards. Familiarity with relevant accounting software and ERP systems Proficient in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively. Must be willing to work at Kajang.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
