This is a trading and distribution company, specializing in the supply of medical devices/instrument and consumables to medical healthcare clinics and hospitals through out Malaysia. Right now they are in need to hire an Accounting based Accounts Payable Officer to be based at their corporate office in Sunway Damansara (PJU3) in Petaling Jaya.
About the job
This is a permanent full time role, reporting to Senior Accounts Executive. This is a role that combines accounting support with core Accounts Payable administration and needs your versality skills in dealing with high volume reconciliations.
Key duties:
- Proactively prepare,collate and allocate all required documentation/information for timely and accurate invoicing.
- Raise,prepare and complete all final invoicing for a list of clientele.
- Verify and check all incoming invoices for accuracy.
- Finalizing and closing accounts.
- Perform general office duties.
- Female preferred; in age group 21-32.
- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Accounting.
- Previous experience working in an Accounts Payable/Invoicing role or in general accounting role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of billing and invoice process and procedures.
- A confident communicator, with ability to speak with people at all levels.
- Strong PC literacy; knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be advantageous.
- Professional work approach and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- High level of numeracy.
- Proficient in English.
