A P2P Team Lead needing to manage a team & to oversea the APAC region.
Oversee team performance, plan, and organize activities to ensure processes meet agreed objectives.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members, clarifying requirements and ensuring they are well-equipped to perform effectively.
Ensure process quality through regular reviews, audits, and addressing deviations from business standards.
Foster collaboration among the team, SSC, and stakeholders to meet business objectives efficiently.
Collaborate with global and regional ICS teams to ensure controls are timely executed, assessed, and remediated, participating in relevant discussions for clarification and alignment.
Identify and implement process improvements, driving optimization and adopting best practices.
Stay updated on policies, controls, and procedures while maintaining supporting documentation.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the P2P process in partnership with the BPO and support transitions of new activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience/qualification. Professional Certification in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.
Minimum 6 years of PTP experience in APAC region, with leadership experience to manage team of 11 plus.
Preferably candidate from mixture shared services environment and commercial.
Experience in Oracle.
Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the finance department.
