Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management: Generate and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Record incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare aging reports, monitor outstanding balances, and provide collection updates.
Customer Relationship & Credit Control: Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes. Assess customer creditworthiness and enforce credit control policies.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and support audits with necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of
1 year of experience
in accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of SST regulations is an advantage.
Experience in preparing audit schedules.
Strong written skills in English; ability to write professional emails and formal letters is essential.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
