Accounts Receivable Cum Income Audit

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Perform daily income audit, ensuring all revenue is accurately recorded and reconciled. Review and verify supporting documents for daily sales and postings from POS systems. Prepare and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) billing, including corporate, travel agent, and member accounts. Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection. Reconcile credit card transactions and prepare monthly AR and income audit reports. Support month-end closing and assist in audit-related schedules when required. E-invoicing submission and compliance.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or Income Audit, preferably in the hospitality or golf industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and systems (knowledge of Lightspeed or Xero is an advantage). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
