: Understand the end to end AR Process: Specialized in billing process especially on customer invoicing either manual or automate. To ensure proper matching of service report for monthly billing customers. To work closely with operation department & branches admin for submit/scan service report on timely manner for billing before closing. Dealing with external enquiries and liaising with other internal departments. Perform & support month end closing activities generate Jet report (Daily Basis) & Sales revenue report (Monthly Basis). To ensure proper filing of invoice copy & etc. Record & distribute of technician card (TC) to operation admin dept. Record & distribute invoice copy to respective marketing executive. Ensure all invoices send out timely to customers by post/courier/email & etc. Ability to work with others in a team environment to achieve team and individual goals. Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on the accuracy and efficiency. Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time Attend to incoming telephone calls. Requirement: Candidate must process at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Professional degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivables Ability to deal with high volume of work in a transaction orientated environment. Able to set priorities and manage own time to meet deadlines and objectives within team. Initiative to do more and beyond the required task. High levels of self-motivation.
