At least 3 years of working experience in finance and accounting.
Prior working experience in FMCG or related environments is an added advantage.
Minimum Degree in Finance or Accounting or other relevant fields.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Good accounting skills.
Chinese candidates are preferred.
Able to handle dispute claims for hypermarkets, supermarkets, or distributors.
Hardware skills: SAP.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Update and monitor incoming payments.
Collect accounts receivable by sending aging reports to customers.
Communicate with sales person via phone or email about past-due accounts and payment arrangements.
Generate monthly or quarterly statements, perform account reconciliations.
Issue credit and debit notes when necessary.
