Job Description


  • Mandatory : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Good in writing, speaking, reading)
Responsibilities

Job Title: Administrative Support and Accounts Receivables
  • To deliver administrative activities with accuracy and within time frame given.
  • Register PR, PO and SES in the SAP and monitor the whole process of the payment.
  • Be able to do collection process of receivables, liaise and talk with internal departments and external clients.
  • Able to work with expected supervision.
  • To arrange and coordinate runner on daily basis for deliver and collect documents from/to banks and shipping agents. Able to support all required administrative work.
  • To ensure safety of all documentations are handle with care and keep safely.
  • Work to achieve KPIs/Goals assigned by the Manager.
  • Able to communicate well with internal and external parties (vendor, shipping agent, building Management etc)
  • Collaborate for good working environment.
  • Perform daily activities with accuracy, completeness and on time.
  • Comply with internal process controls, norms and guidelines.
  • Assist and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives/operations.
  • To have good and positive attitude. Willing to learn/improve and take challenges.
  • To support all aspect of Health and Safety at workplace.
  • Assist and support the Supervisor and Manager on running KL office as whole.
