Snapshot of the role:
QL Group\'s Finance & Accounts department is looking for a meticulous and self-driven Accounts Senior Executive / Executive to support in monthly account closing, consolidation, payment and invoicing and other accounting tasks for HQ based in Shah Alam.
You are driven to:
- Handle full set of accounts including preparation of monthly management accounts and drafting financial statements.
- Assist in processing payments, issuing invoices and checking receipts.
- Prepare manual journals and bank reconciliations during month-end closing.
- Assist in coordination with bankers, external auditors and tax agents.
- Support in preparing consolidated financial and management reporting and analysis.
- Assist in preparation of company\'s budget and other accounting tasks
- Candidates should possess Professional certificate, Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in handling full set accounts.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and keep up to date with financial regulations.
- Advanced Ms Excel skill with high accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
- Able to work independently and in teams.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
