Snapshot of the role:

QL Group\'s Finance & Accounts department is looking for a meticulous and self-driven Accounts Senior Executive / Executive to support in monthly account closing, consolidation, payment and invoicing and other accounting tasks for HQ based in Shah Alam.

You are driven to:

  • Handle full set of accounts including preparation of monthly management accounts and drafting financial statements.
  • Assist in processing payments, issuing invoices and checking receipts.
  • Prepare manual journals and bank reconciliations during month-end closing.
  • Assist in coordination with bankers, external auditors and tax agents.
  • Support in preparing consolidated financial and management reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in preparation of company\'s budget and other accounting tasks
What you\'ll need to succeed: : (job requirements)
  • Candidates should possess Professional certificate, Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in handling full set accounts.
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and keep up to date with financial regulations.
  • Advanced Ms Excel skill with high accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and great organisational skills.
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
