Accounts Supervisor

Job Description


  • At least a recognized Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting functions within the Property Development and/or Construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients/ vendors.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Work location: Puchong, Selangor.
Responsibilitiess
  • To prepare payments, process invoices, petty cash, bank reconciliation and ensure all business transactions are recorded on timely basis.
  • To keep track of relevant account documents (proforma invoice, delivery order and other) and proper filing (month end filing).
  • To assist daily operation duties and perform any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignment.
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
