Nature & Scope: Ensure all aspects of daily documentation & system transactions, administrative functions, ISO & other Regulatory functions are in accordance with the standard operating procedure. Responsibilities: *Ensure transaction of documentation goods receipt (inventory/non-stock), initiating of sales order till invoice posting, purchase requisition and stock take are carried out timely and file accordingly. *Ensure order sales record (OSR) files are updated promptly, once the receipt and acknowledgement of orders from Sales Dept/customers. *Communicate effectively with other related sections to ensure records are checked/reconciled and updated timely such as Customer\'s PO#, price, OC#, quantities, Inventory records before sending to relevant sections. *To prepare and update the documentation of poduct packing specification. *To control documents: review, update and maintenance of documented records and certificates for QMS, EMS & other relevant Regulatory requirements, both hardcopy and electronic copy, to be in accordance with the standard operating procedure, and to assist SHE Officer for other documentation requirement & filing. *To supply administrative support to Finance department such as processing, recording, updating in ERP system, preparing reports and other duties as needed. *To assist general administration on coordinating and preparation of updates/reports and correspondance through emails, letters and facsimile as directed. *To assist the Finance/HR on coordinating the submission of authority/HR/security related forms, and assist in PR Issuing and good receiving (GRN) of indirect materials. *Any other responsibilities that would be assigned from time to time. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month Benefits:
