As a member of the Activation team, you are responsible for the initiation, tracking, supporting, and execution of jobs, ensuring smooth and efficient transmission of jobs as well as coordinating Production Services jobs as required. The position works closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Support to proactively manage, maintain, and grow our client relationships.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure the effective and efficient traffic of distribution orders by:
? Ensuring adherence to job flow processes, increasing customer satisfaction, minimal turnaround time, and minimal email communication
? Consistently delivering jobs according to process and procedures.
? Following Activation Standard Operating Procedures
? Conduct Client Walk-Thru calls, educating, addressing questions
? Ensures clients are fully informed of job progress and obtain the client's permission for decisions related to job executions & costs
? Stay on top of deadlines and remind clients and internal team members/departments as they approach
? Check revised deadlines with clients and supervisors as needed.
? Follow up client correspondence in a customer-friendly, professional manner
? Any other duties and tasks as assigned & required by Management
? Undertake such other duties, training, and/or out-of-hours work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the level of responsibility for this job
Skills & Experience Needed
? Experience in client service roles and demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
? An understanding of the broadcast environment is useful but not essential.
? Client-centric approach with the ability to understand and facilitate clients' needs
? Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of all XR products
? Professional communication skills, including the ability to engage and build conversations over the phone and via email.
? Positive, can-do attitude, problem solver, and energetic.
? A quick learner who enjoys challenges, resolving issues, or escalating as needed.
? Excellent organizational skills and time management
? Strong attention to detail
Required Skills and Experience
? Some knowledge or study of broadcast advertising is useful but not essential.
? Experience working in a customer-facing role.
? The ability to speak and write other languages is useful but not essential.
? Must be a confident communicator with good written and oral communication.
? A can-do attitude and a willingness to work outside of prescribed hours when required to get the job done.
? The expectation is that you can use the full Microsoft Office suite
? Fluent in the English language, both written and oral.
? May be required on occasion to work outside standard working hours.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
