Job Description
1. Liaising with clients to find out the exact event requirements
2. Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts to produce detailed event proposal (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
3. Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire
4. Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics (venue, catering, travel)
5. Liaising with PR team to publicise and promote the event
6. Managing all pre-event planning, organising guest speakers and delegating packs
7. Managing a team of staff, giving full briefings
8. Conducting post-event evaluation to inform future event
9. Research opportunities for new clients and events.
