A&d Assistant
Job Description
1. Overall - Assisting HOD to ensure smooth admission & discharge for every patients
2. To conduct interview and obtain required information and completes registration and discharge forms
3. To provide financial counseling/handling enquiries on charges and providing all related information regarding admission and discharge procedure to patients/next of kin
4. To verifies patient insurances and ensures registration and discharge forms are accurately written and computerized patient records are maintained in line with confidentiality, data protection and other statutory requirements.
5. To collect payment according to the Hospital procedure
6. To assess the admin/discharge case according to the insurance policy terms and conditions
7. To carry out any other job function as directed by Head of Department/Company time to time
