Job Requirements



Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Creative, can-do attitude & energetic. Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous. Computer literate Able to support night shift (work from home)

Job Responsibilities



Print & sort orders Attend to customers' queries via live chats Advise customers on order status Monitor and review customer feedback across multiple platforms (e.g., surveys, online reviews, social media)
Gross Salary RM2200 - RM2300 (Basic Salary, Night Shift Allowance & Attendance Allowance)
