  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record keeping with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong administrative support skills, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and office organization.
  • Experience or knowledge of financial record keeping practices and procedures.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Sungai Buloh.

  • Perform daily data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining organized and up-to-date records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in maintaining financial records by accurately recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports under supervision.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the organization and coordination of company events and meetings, including logistics, venue preparation, and attendee communication.
