Job Description

Position Overview:



The Kindergarten Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kindergarten. This position involves managing student arrivals and dismissals, maintaining inventory of uniforms and books, issuing invoices, and keeping accurate records of student admissions and attendance. A love for working with children and creating a nurturing environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Arrival and Dismissal:



Supervise and assist with the safe arrival and departure of students.

Ensure students are picked up and dropped off by authorized individuals.

Inventory Management:



Maintain accurate stock levels of uniforms and books.

Order supplies as needed to ensure availability.

3.

Financial Administration:



Invoice processing and filing.

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

4.

Recording and filing transactions.



Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.

Controlling credit and chasing debt.

TNG reconciliation.

Tally and update account regularly with the Account Manager.

5.

Record Keeping:



Manage and update student admission forms.

Maintain accurate attendance records for all students.

6.

Communication:



Serve as a point of contact for parents and staff regarding administrative matters.

Provide timely information and support as needed.

Qualifications & requirement:



Minimum of 2 years of working experience in an administrative or accounting role. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, especially Excel). Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin is a must. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Patience and a positive attitude, especially when working with young children and their parents. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Commencement: Immediate



Working Hours:



Monday to Friday: 7.30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday 10.00 AM to 2PM with occasional after-hours or weekend responsibilities during special events or peak times.

Salary Range: RM2500 to RM3500



This role is essential in creating a structured and supportive environment for both the students and the staff, ensuring that the kindergarten operates smoothly and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
