REACT DIGI is looking for an energetic Admin & Accounts Executive to join our business development team. This role focuses on administration, invoicing management, and day-to-day business operations support to keep internal workflows running smoothly in a fast-moving digital agency environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and operational support for the team (meeting scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, internal tracking).
Manage invoicing operations, including invoice issuance, billing records maintenance, and payment follow-up with clients.
Support quotation and basic billing documentation preparation (e.g., quotations, purchase orders, simple cost summaries) and maintain an organized filing system.
Maintain and update business documents and records (e.g., client information, contracts, project documents, approvals).
Assist in business planning and reporting support, including preparing summaries, simple reports, and tracking pipelines/status updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests, deliverables, and client communications are properly logged and followed up.
Provide ad-hoc support to management and the wider team when needed.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related disciplines preferred).
3-5+ years of relevant experience in administration, invoicing/billing, accounting support, operations, or business support roles; experience in digital/IT industry is an advantage.
Strong spreadsheet skills and careful data handling (Google Sheets / Excel); comfortable working with documents and templates.
Experience with accounting/invoicing tools is an advantage (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
