Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented, to support our daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various administrative duties.

?Key Responsibilities:-



Daily Operations



?Customer & Service Management: Communicate with customers via phone, check their service reminders, and update their accounts after invoices have been issued. ?Administrative Support: Manage various administrative tasks, including checking and organizing purchase invoices and labour codes. ?Financial Handling: Conduct daily petty cash tallies and reports.

Weekly Tasks



?Reporting: Responsible for downloading and submitting the Statement of Account and Invoice to the Dealer. ?Financial & Team Reporting: Submit the Weekly Sales Report to ACCOUNT TEAM. ?Attendance Management: Send employee attendance records and thumbprints to the appropriate team when requested.

Monthly Tasks



?Reporting: Submit a monthly Outstanding Staff Report (Staff discount) to the sub-company. ?Documentation: Handle and submit quotations as requested by the Service Advisor. ?Financial Handling: Submit receipts and payment vouchers to the ECW ADMIN/ACCOUNT TEAM as needed. Ad Hoc Tasks when needed.

Requirements:-



?Minimum SPM or equivalent. ?At least 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage. ?Experience in the automotive or service industry is a bonus. Computer literate: Microsoft Office/ Word, Excel. ?Skilled in both digital and physical document management. ?Proficient in basic accounting and financial tasks such as handling petty cash and preparing expense reports. ?High attention to detail and the ability to work with accurate data. ?Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and colleagues. ?The ability to manage time and effectively prioritize tasks. ?Can work independently with minimal supervision. ?Proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems. ?Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information, especially related to finances and staff. ?Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks at once. Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
