We are looking for a

Warehouse Admin Assistant

to support daily warehouse operations, including preparing documents and handling online order processing.

Job Responsibilities:



Load and unload goods for deliveries according to the daily delivery schedule. Pick and pack items for online orders, including special handling requests. Fulfill 150-200 online orders daily with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for next-day shipments. Coordinate and process Sales Orders (SO) for new stock and repeat branch orders. Prepare and issue DOs for outstation deliveries, including Sabah and Sarawak. Assist with any ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:



Able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Willing to learn and take on new tasks. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Responsible and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
