Job Summary:



We are looking for an organized and responsible Admin Assistant to support inventory control tasks. The ideal candidate must be

good in Microsoft Excel

and able to assist in tracking stock, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in daily stock updates and inventory recordkeeping using Excel. Key in stock in/out data into system and Excel spreadsheets. Prepare simple inventory reports (e.g., stock balance, movement) using Excel formulas. Help monitor stock levels and notify supervisor for replenishment. File documents and maintain inventory records in proper order. Support stock count activities and update results in Excel. Communicate with store or warehouse team on stock movement. Perform other general admin duties as required.

Requirements:



SPM / Diploma in any field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

(basic formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting). Required to read, write and speak in Mandarin. Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry. Able to work independently and follow instructions. Basic experience in stock or inventory work is an advantage. Absorb Fresh graduates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
