Handle office records & documents Manage calls, emails & correspondence Schedule meetings & travel Support HR, Finance & other departments Coordinate with vendors & suppliers- General office admin tasks

Requirements:



Able to speak & write in Mandarin + English Diploma/Degree in Business/Admin/related field Fresh grads welcome (1 year experience is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office Organized, detail-oriented & good multitasking
