(Administrative Assistant) is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations. This includes handling office communication, maintaining records, assisting management account, and supporting various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical & digital).
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.
Manage office inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Support HR and Accounts functions such as attendance, claims, and reports.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Basic accounting or HR knowledge is an advantage.
Working Environment
Office-based position (typical 9am-6pm work hours).
Works closely with management and departments.
May assist with events, meetings, and company activities. (If any)
