  • 1-2 working experience in similar business nature and / or customer servicing based companies
  • Min Diploma in Business / Accounting. Any applicant w/o Diploma
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin and / or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant looking
  • Able to start immediately
Tanggungjawab
  • Support Car Workshop Sales Supervisor in daily upkeeping of workshop including cleanliness.
  • To serve all walk in customers in the absence of Sales Supervisor
  • Provide administrative support to the team in the workshop including being the attendance timekeeper
  • Able to do simple invoicing and collection using computer system
  • In charge of proper filing of documentations for accounting purpose.
  • Knowledge of TURBOLY system is advantages otherwise experience working with system will be considered.
  • Know how to use Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of handling of EPF, SOCSO and Income tax is advantages.
Manfaat
  • EPF, Socso, Income tax
  • Annual Leave: 10 days per annum
  • Medical leave: 14 days per annum
  • Medical: RM 500 per year
Working hour:
  • 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Sunday) with 1 off day on weekday
  • OT: Min half hour after 6 pm to claim for OT.
