Job Description

1. Administrative Duties:



Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

2. Customer Service:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):



Develop and implement CSR initiatives focused on supporting a designated charity home or community organization. Coordinate donation drives, volunteer activities, and other initiatives to promote social responsibility within the company. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR into company culture and values.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields. Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related area, preferably with a focus on CSR or sustainability initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level corporate executives. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Passionate about social impact, with a keen interest in CSR and sustainability issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and events.
