Job Description


  • Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
  • Basic book-keeping or simple Account experience will be an advantage.
  • Multi-tasking with excellent communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
  • Handle deposits and payments
  • Perform day to day general administrative and operation tasks such as handling petty cash, filing, stocks etc.
  • Handle daily data entry, HR simple task etc.
  • Update staff leave/MC/attendance.
  • Manage book keeping and filing.
  • Handle financial ad-hoc task as required.
  • Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
  • Liaise with Customer Service and Sales Department for shipment of goods
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior / management from time to time
