(Admin & Logistics)
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing in line with company policies.
Support payroll processing, leave administration, and other HR-related activities.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external
stakeholders.
Handle and resolve matters related to Nepal workers, including documentation, placement, and
operational needs
Logistics Coordination:
Oversee the procurement and inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
Manage and coordinate the deployment schedules for security personnel.
Ensure timely maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment.
Track and manage stock levels, operational tools, and other assets.
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
Corporate Matters:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the security industry.
Manage and maintain corporate licenses, certifications, and other necessary documentation.
Assist in preparing for audits and inspections, ensuring all records are up to date.
Update and enforce company policies in alignment with industry standards.
Provide support in corporate communications and community engagement initiatives.
General Support:
Assist management with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
Coordinate and support crisis management and emergency response efforts.
Participate in company initiatives and contribute to process improvement.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,784.21 - RM3,500.00 per month
