Job Vacancy: Admin & Procurement Executive
We are seeking a dedicated Admin & Procurement Executive to assist our Contract and Project Department in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Source and procure construction materials and related items.
Handle logistics arrangements and delivery coordination.
Assist in preparing and organizing project documents, quotations, and purchase orders.
Support the contract and project teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
Experience in construction or procurement is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Location : Plaza Arkadia, Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
