The Admin Assistant Intern will support the administrative team in daily office operations and documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in administrative tasks, coordination, and office management.
Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
Handle filing, data entry, and document management
Prepare letters, reports, and simple correspondence
Assist in updating records, invoices, and purchase orders
Support coordination with internal departments and external parties
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
