Job Description

Tasks & Resposibilities:

1. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calss.

2.Assist with general administrative tasks, including filling, data entry, order and manage office supplies and inventory and documents preparation.

3. Performs data entry and filling tasks for accounts payable

4. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

5.Assist with basic book keeping task, including invoicing, credit note, etc...

Qualifications :

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint & Outlook), SQL system knowledge

2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.

3. Multitasking abilities with good organizational.

4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work independently.

6. Candidates must possess at least a SPM qualification or higher in any field.

7. Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Flency in Mandarin is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
