- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Checking incoming faxes and mails.
- Updating databse
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Register case, open file, finalise report.
- Knowledge of basic Account
- Computer literate in MS word, excel, etc.
- Proficient in both written & spoken(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Candidate must be highly self-discipline & able to work independently.
