  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Aggressive and willing to work on shift and weekend.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Provides office administration support to ensure efficient office and building management operation.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Assist in the purchase of office supplies, and liaise with office supplies vendors.
  • Anticipate needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and tracking.
  • Handle the licenses applications / renewal.
  • Sort and distribute tenants and buildings utilities bills and letters.
  • Assist in car park operation, provide customer service assistance to customers.
  • To manage new application / renewal / termination of Monthly Season Pass.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
