Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in administration/Business/Management.
  • Preferable minimum 1-2 years experienced.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Good multi-tasking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision, self discipline, multitasking and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-moving environment and flexible to change and has a continuous learning
  • mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Knowledge in Autocount accounting system will be an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Handle purchase requests, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Handling the administration task such as incoming & outgoing email, arranging couriers, office
  • maintenance and replenishment arrangement.
  • Responsible to maintain a good filing system & proper documentation.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties or task assigned from time to time.
