Job Description



Handle general office administration duties.

Complete routine office administrative tasks, such as filing and data input.

Responsible for preparing, compiling, and organizing documents.

Handle the entire process of document preparation, compilation, and organization.

Confirm the accuracy of data through cross-referencing with original documentation. Draft a letter. Responsible for the proper organization and storage of all physical and digital records. Complete other assigned duties and ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs.

Requirement



Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors of Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Account Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Can start immediately will be added advantage.

Salary:

RM2,000 - RM3,000

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
