Responsible for preparing, compiling, and organizing documents.
Handle the entire process of document preparation, compilation, and organization.
Confirm the accuracy of data through cross-referencing with original documentation.
Draft a letter.
Responsible for the proper organization and storage of all physical and digital records.
Complete other assigned duties and ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors of Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Account
Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Can start immediately will be added advantage.
Salary:
RM2,000 - RM3,000
