Handle general office administrative duties.
Manage routine office administration tasks, including filing and data entry.
Perform document preparation, compilation, and organization tasks.
Handle the end-to-end process of preparing, compiling, and organizing all necessary documents.
Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking against the source documentation.
Prepare a letter.
Manage the proper organization and storage of all physical and digital records.
Carry out other duties as assigned and complete ad-hoc tasks to satisfy business needs.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors of Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Account
Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Can start immediately will be added advantage.
Salary:
RM2,000 - RM3,000
