Admin Assistant (3 Months Contract)

Job Description



Handle general office administrative duties. Manage routine office administration tasks, including filing and data entry. Perform document preparation, compilation, and organization tasks. Handle the end-to-end process of preparing, compiling, and organizing all necessary documents. Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking against the source documentation. Prepare a letter. Manage the proper organization and storage of all physical and digital records. Carry out other duties as assigned and complete ad-hoc tasks to satisfy business needs.

Requirement



Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors of Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Account Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Can start immediately will be added advantage.

Salary:

RM2,000 - RM3,000

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
