Admin Assistant 3 Months Contract (pjs 8)

Job Description


  • Assist underwriters in underwriting of the various products (i.e. Marine, Property and Engineering products, Financial Lines and Liability, Accident and Health, Motor, Workers Compensation, SME and Home etc.) including triaging inquiries, preparing underwriting information, following up with intermediaries, and closing deals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
  • Regularly collect, compile and analyze market info to share with the team.
  • Support credit control in payment collection when needed by coordinating with intermediaries.
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing team\xe2\x80\x99s referrals, backlogs and other productivity and efficiency related management requirements.
  • Be the digital ambassador of the team.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives in streamlining policies, processes and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Provide interpretation and advice regarding polices, process and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases
Requirement:
  • Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Sound PC skills and fast learner in computer programs
  • Degree in any field
  • Fresh grad are welcomed
Job Type: Fresh graduate Salary: Up to RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
