Job Description


  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
