Manage APEL applications, including APEL.A (admission) and APEL.C (credit transfer)
Review supporting documents submitted by applicants (e.g. resume, certificates, working experience).
Ensure all application forms are complete before submitting for evaluation.
Coordinate APEL.A interview sessions (interview panel).
Schedule portfolio assessments or evaluation tests for applicants.
Communicate with evaluation panels, faculty members, and applicants.
Provide information to prospective APEL applicants regarding procedures, requirements, and guidelines.
Respond to enquiries via email, phone, or front desk.
Contact applicants if documents are incomplete or if additional information is required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all records.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the superior/manager.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
