ADMIN ASSISTANT FOR FINANCE MATTER

MINIMUM DIPLOMA / DEGREE

SALARY PACKAGE : RM 1,700 - RM 2,200

LOCATION : Work & stay at Genting Permai / Midhills - Hostel Provided

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Claim.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :-

1) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

2) MUST have minimum 1 year working experience as an Admin Assistant.

3) Past working experience in Hotel industry/ Accommodation / Short stay/Homestay is advantage.

4) Looking for young, energetic, innovative person who eager to learn and grow with our company.

5) Good in Communication Skill and Customer Service.

6) Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin is advantage.

7) MUST able to work 6 working days

(Office hours)

8) MUST able to Stay & Work in GENTING PERMAI. (Hostel is provided)

9) MUST have valid & active car driving license.

10) Training for the all of the tasks will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

FINANCE MATTER

1) Assist in monitoring receivables and payable.

2) Assist in preparing monthly Revenue Report (Accommodation)

3) Upload report to property owner (Accommodation)

4) Assist in handling & communicate billing with supplier/building property

5) Assist in handling & communicate with Owner of each unit property

6) Assisting in audit and taxation.

7) Assisting in preparing invoice, claim and payment.

8) Handle the procurement cycle.

9) All Office administrative job coverage.
10 )Can assist the company logistics on a timely manner.

11) Ad-hoc task from superior/HOD
