Main job description
To provide professional administrative assistance to customers end to end
To prepare quotation, billing and invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
To be the liaison between customer, management and mechanics
Administrative tasks which includes documentation, filing and maintaining records
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in Automotive Industry
Must have knowledge of the basic car components and functionality
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and BM
Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software
Punctual with a good attendance record
Able to work independently, detail-oriented and responsible
Willing to learn, self-motivated and proactive
Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment
Working hours: Monday - Saturday

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
