Admin Assistant/ Cashier (automotive)

Job Description

Admin Assistant/ Cashier create invoices to customers and monthly customer statements, update customer files, process credit memos. They also assist in ordering and refilling of goods and stock, providing general advice to customers, selling products, maintaining the shop, stock take and handling SQL system.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
-At least 1 years of experience in an automotive field is an advantage.
-Customer service skills, communication skills, comprehension skills, engineering and mechanical expertise, troubleshooting skills & math and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or others
- Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.

-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
