The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day for operation department at our office.
Admin Assistant responsibilities include:
Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Assist the operations team in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Support process improvement initiatives by gathering and organizing data.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the operations department
Ensure proper documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies
Assist in database management, ensuring accurate and updated information.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and network equipment's
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri , 8.30 am-6pm
