We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to handle customer communication via WhatsApp and assist with basic administrative tasks. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly and professionally
Follow up with customers on orders / inquiries
Handle basic admin work (data entry, invoices, simple reports)
Assist with simple design edits using Adobe Illustrator (if applicable)
Requirements:
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Drive)
Adobe Illustrator basic knowledge is an advantage
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
