Job Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate stock movement within Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Arrange Lalamove bookings and communicate effectively with lorry drivers for delivery coordination. Manage and update data in spreadsheets and reports accurately. Maintain proper records and documentation, ensuring reports are kept up to date. Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administrative or related roles. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
