Manage all the Complaint Form:
To key in all the complaint data into Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS).
To ensure all complaints meet the KPI guidelines and criteria which has been set by Concession Company
To monitor and update to Operation Manager for any open complaint that will reach due date.
To update and inform Operation Manager for any complaint that will need extension time (more than 3 days to close).
To update total of complaint received on daily basis at the office notice board.
In-charge and manage all the pantry sundries.
Manage and notify the HUM for repair works activity i.e.:
To notify Hostel Officer if any contractor needs to enter residential block.
To notify the security guards to give permission to enter the Hostel Officer
Ensure office area up clean and tidy.
Monitor and update Proactive work list and daily reports submitted by Technicians in the Records system.
Manage all Concession Company Site Memo including:
Record memo received in CMMS system and make a data backup in the Google Drive (File Correspondence Series).
Update ail the Memo list at the office notice board.
Manage for thumb print attendance management system.
Distribute Customer Satisfaction Survey forms to all Hostel Officer Office.
Provide supports and commitment to the company quality management system (QMS) for its effectiveness.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
