Communicate with drivers to confirm trip details and track their progress.
Update accurate records of driver schedules and overtime.
Handle all transport-related paperwork, including receipts for diesel and tolls.
Prepare trip reports and assist with part-time driver salary calculations.
Process claims form for vehicle maintenance and other expenses.
Assist with other basic administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Possess at least STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistic, or any related field.
Computer literate in Word, Excel
Good organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
