Job Description

:



1. Document Scanning & Records Management



Prepare physical documents (e.g., employee personal files) for scanning. Operate scanning equipment to digitize records accurately. Ensure scanned files are properly named and stored in the correct folders. Perform quality checks to confirm scans are clear, complete, and readable. Organize and file physical documents after scanning, if required. Track and record scanning progress, maintaining an updated log and preparing a status report every two weeks.

2. General Administrative Support



Assist with data entry in spreadsheets, trackers, and databases. Provide basic administrative support such as photocopying, printing, and assembling documents. Maintain both physical and digital filing systems. Assist in preparing HR reports and updating internal documentation.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification.
-Previous experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills:



Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to operate common office equipment (scanner, copier, printer). Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month

Work Location: In person
